Tooligans

Instruments

Little tools that grow out of making things: seeing together, shaping an edit, trying a layout or getting an application ready.

01 / Origin

I build what I need as I go.

The Tooligans did not begin as a software roadmap. Each appeared inside real work: an image that needed shared notation, an edit assembled from fragments, a responsive page that had to work between screenshots, or a layout that needed to be manipulated before its source changed.

Tooligans are little tool hooligans. Each begins with a particular need and takes shape through use. Some are applications; others are working methods still finding their form.
