01 / The story
A particular job comes first.
An image needs a shared place for a note. A video arrives as a set of fragments. A page needs to be inspected while it changes. The tool begins with the actual material and a job worth making easier.
Toolinko retains the research, decisions and source conversations around those needs. Tooligan is the separate package foundation.
02 / The story
Keep direction and operation connected.
The person establishes meaning and acceptance. The working tool makes the relevant materials inspectable and carries a decision into a precise operation.
Studio’s completed founding edit is one source for this work. Its broader package remains a foundation, with runtime contracts still to be developed.
03 / The story
Preserve the specific working case.
A useful prototype does not need to solve every future version of the problem. The original materials, corrections and results give later development a concrete place to begin.
The research notes retain those relationships across the emerging tool family. They do not establish a released general-purpose SDK.
Contribution
Tool concepts, working-method research, requirements and review; agent-assisted implementation of the specific founding cases.
