01 / The story
Find the edit in the material.
The founding Polinko demo began with a screen recording, separate voice takes and ordinary-language feedback. Contact sheets made the picture sequence visible; a shorter human-selected cut became the reference.
Narration was assembled around the events it explained. A firmer sentence could replace a take while the accepted picture and timing remained available.
02 / The story
A correction can stay local.
Feedback changed the framing, recovered a detail at the edge and refined the narration. A later sound repair isolated 110 milliseconds near the sign-off.
The production record connects each change to its source and preserves the surrounding accepted material. Captions and transcripts follow the performances that actually made the cut.
03 / The story
The workflow survives the edit.
A separately disclosed AI-narrated edition reused the picture timing and the approved human performance as a guide. The original and alternative remain distinct editions.
Studio’s continuing research asks how this kind of shared audiovisual map can support future work. The completed founding case is distinct from a general-purpose production application.
